The Deye 5kW Single Phase Hybrid Inverter (SUN-5K-SG01LP1-US) is a single-phase hybrid inverter rated 5 kW. It suits an ordinary suburban home - lights, plugs, fridge, television and a geyser on a timer.

Key Features & Specifications:

  • 2 Independent MPPT Trackers - Up to 6 500 W of solar across 2 PV inputs, rated 13 A each (22 A short-circuit). Each tracker follows its own string, so a roof split across two pitches or shaded for part of the day is not held back by its worst panel.
  • PV Window 150-425 V - Strings are sized to stay between 150 V and 425 V under load, with 500 V the most an input will take open-circuit on a cold morning. Those figures are what decide how many panels may go in a string, and we check every string against them before quoting.
