How this package is sized

This package is sized for a home using about 20 kWh a day, with the heavy loads — geyser, pool pump — running during daylight on solar. If your property runs heavy loads after dark, the battery bank needs to be larger. Talk to us before ordering. Please note: a 5 kW inverter needs the household to think about what is running at the same time. You will not get away with the geyser and the kettle together, and it is easier than people expect to go over 5 kW - a kettle, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster and an air fryer are around two thousand watts each. Everything still works; two or three of the heavy ones at once is what trips it. If that sounds like your house, step up to the next inverter size and ask us about it.
